Why? Because you’re going to finish your “challenge” and go straight back to your old ways, gain all the weight back, and they say shit like…
“Well, I’ll do another Whole 30 challenge in a few months! You know, I’ve got my sister’s wedding coming up in February so I’ll just wait…”
Again… This is insanity everybody!
It’s crazy people behavior!!!
