Products Mentioned and My Personal Doses:
Elderberry: (capsules)
- 1,000mg/day
- I take a 500mg capsule in the morning and I take one again at night
Zinc:
- I prefer to get zinc from oysters - 2 oysters is a healthy dose of zinc
- If you don't like oysters you can also get Oyster Capsules
- The supplement I use is Jarrow Formulas Zinc Balance
- 7-10mg/4x a day especially if you’re showing symptoms of cold or flu
Copper:
- Copper and Zinc should be balanced at a 10:1 or 15:1 ratio at minimum
- This is why I recommend Zinc Balance. It gives you both at a perfect 15:1 ratio
Garlic (Allicin):
- 180mcg/ daily
Vitamin C:
- I personally consume about 1,000 mg per day
- Paleo Valley Essential C Complex - 2x per day
L-Citrulline & L-Arginine:
- L-Citrulline = 500-1,000 mg per day
- L-Arginine = 1,500-3,000 mg per day
- I personally take the highest dose of both
