- 1 quart of water
- 1⁄4 tsp Redmond Sea Salt (590 mg sodium)
- 1⁄4 tsp No Salt (690 mg potassium) – Note: you can buy this product at any local grocery store as well
- 1 tsp Natural Calm (160 mg magnesium)
- 2 TBSP lemon juice
- SweetLeaf Liquid SteviaClear (to taste)
